FACADE TENDER SERVICES & PRE-TENDER SERVICES

Concept & Schematic Stage

A. Concept & schematic:

• Review of existing interiors and Architectural intent drawings for Facade work
• Design and development choosing a style for the project. Presenting the ideas / Suggestions and inspirations for the project and present them to the client
• Our concept presentation include hand drawn sketches, sample boards and computer-generated visuals
• Prepare 3D and rendering images to the client for better understanding
• Typical concept drawings with details along with the Tender document
• Quantity Survey for facade work with respect to Architectural drawings

B. Pre-Tendering to Facade Contractors

• Briefing about the project and Facade related works to the contractors involved during tendering
• Preparation of MOM and RFI once after Pre-bid meeting
• Generating of comparison statement and submitting it to the client
• Attending Pre-bid and commercial meeting during Tender process
• Mock Up inspection at site / Vendor factory for sample approval
• Preparation of Inspection reports based on Site visits with Remedies

C. Design Development Stages:

• Material selection to suit space, aesthetic and environmental requirements
• Material and finish specifications
• Material Sample Board
• Sign off on approval from Client

D. Working Drawings:

Once after conceptual / Typical drawings are approved, the next stage will start generating of fixing and termination detail drawings, since at this point, most of the design and materials have been finalized. Our drawings will be good for construction purpose

These drawings are meant for Architects to proceed further in fitting their interior layouts such Furnitures, work stations, partitions etc with respects to the facade designs .

E. Construction Administration Stage:

• This stage shall involve establishment of quality control norms, quality checks, periodic test, execution methodology
• Periodic visit at site to inspect the installation of work
• Attend site meetings (as requested by PM) to resolve any as built/ site oriented problems related to interior and exterior facade designs

F. Completion Stage:

• Review of finished product installed on site
• Final assessment of finished product at site, including tests, snag list preparation etc
• Review corrective action plan/ remedial plan of vendor prior to implementation
• Re-inspection to confirm correct incorporation of remedial measures
• Final approval inspection
• Review & approval of AS BUILT drawings, maintenance manuals and warranties to ensure compliance by vendors of performance specifications
• Completion Certificate
